I have read and understand the following instructions, rules and damage policy.

1. Do not attempt to spray or splash another watercraft

2. No beaching the jet ski

3. All skis must stay 100ft from shore, other boats and any other objects including other skis unless in idle.

4. Renter is responsible for any physical damage during the rental period

5. Renter will be charged replacement cost of $11,000 if a jet ski is damaged enough to where it will no longer function in the same condition as when it was rented. Renter is responsible for any damage to the ski.

6. EACH SKI must have a cell phone and download the Life360 app for safety.
